Martyn Tipping
Martyn Tipping has worked with some of the world's best-known companies to help them shape their brand, define their culture and live their core values. Over the years, he has run workshops and training programs for organizations including Procter & Gamble, MetLife, Colgate-Palmolive, Avid Technology, Brave Thinking Institute, and Pfizer.
Martyn has a degree in social psychology from the University of Cambridge, England and is a certified Happiness Coach and Workplace Happiness Specialist. He is an accomplished speaker and has taught at both Georgetown University and New York University. Martyn is on a mission to make the world a happier place, which is why his stand-up comedy career ended the same night he opened for Chris Rock in New York.
Karan Behl
Karan Behl is a renowned global expert in workplace happiness and has worked with over 150 companies to elevate happiness to a driver of revenue, profitability and business growth. He is a recognized leader in the global happiness community and a regular speaker at happiness & mindfulness conferences around the world. Karan has been featured by BBC World, Zee Business, The Weeks Magazine, Indian Express, Mid Day, TOI, The Hindu and many other leading media platforms
After graduating in economics and getting his MBA degree, Karan worked for a multinational company before starting his own business. He soon discovered that successful people were not always happy, which prompted him to embark on a journey to understand what comes first - Success or Happiness? Along the way, Karan has learned from spiritual masters, worked with academic researchers at the University of California, and founded Asia's leading workplace happiness and wellbeing company.
When he’s not working, you can either find him meditating, spending time in nature or traveling around to explore new cultures.
Brad Nix
Brad is a highly sought-after consultant, coach and speaker for the financial advisory community and leads Happiment’s offerings for financial services firms. With over 40 years of experience in the branding and advertising industry, Brad has always been drawn to strong, purpose-driven organizations. He was directly responsible for the creation of unique programs for the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. and the National Crime Prevention Council – where he is credited with the co-creation of McGruff, The Crime Dog campaign.
Over the years, Brad has helped to create strong brands and joyful experiences for clients including Intrawest, Canyon Ranch, Japan Airlines, Honduran Ministry of Tourism, and the Country of Mexico.
Brad graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in psychology and honors in philosophy. He lives in Bay Hill, Florida, with his daughter, Lauren and their dog – Vonnegut.
Paul Gardner
As a world-class Creative Director and graphic designer, Paul has helped some of the world’s leading companies express themselves with elegance, beauty and joy. Over the years, Paul has mentored countless agencies and clients to help them express their inner creativity and explore new creative boundaries.
Paul was born and educated in Scotland, then began his design career in London before moving to to New York in 1991. Paul has worked on projects both global and local for companies including MSN (he designed the iconic butterfly logo), Intel, South African Airways, IBM, Workuity and Brave Thinking Institute.
Paul is responsible for creating the design elements that make Happiment and our clients look their best. And when he’s not doing that, you can find him in his happy place, on a golf course.
